Stubbornness is ... continuing to look for one particular book, which I am certain I bought but can't find. In the process of looking for that one, I'm stumbling across dozens of other interesting books that I had forgotten I own. I am blessed with a lifetime's worth of reading material in this house, and there was a time when I knew where every book was, but that time has passed. I suppose the only way I will ever find that one particular book will be when I'm looking for another one. In the meantime, I need to be grateful and appreciate the peace and quiet that I have for the reading and study that I always wanted to do.
I'm always on a quest for something, whether it's a book or an answer to a question. A friend called to my attention the other day the Indigo Girls song "Closer to Fine."
There's more than one answer to these questions
pointing me in a crooked line
